I was always active and healthy as a kid growing up, but I was also allergic to a lot of things.
 
Hayfever, Eczema, Asthma and Migraines plagued my high school years and it wasn't until my Mum took me to see a naturopath at 14, that I started to see food as more than just food. It was also medicine and fuel for my body. Through food elimination and changing my exercise type I was able to half my sick days and eventually eliminate 90% of my symptoms. This is where my understanding of nutrition was formed, but I wouldn't join the dots for some time.

Years at Uni studying business and uncertain of my direction in life, I put on 10kg's drinking and eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. I stopped paying attention until one day, I didn't like what or who I saw in the mirror. 
I never stopped training, but now it had purpose; I had to undo what I had done to myself through lack of care and a sub-par relationship with myself. I experimented with different nutrition protocols, even trying vegetarian and keto for periods.

 
The weight came off, my mental health improved, and my renewed love for nutrition and training was stronger than ever. I started work at a gym doing admin and after a few years, I was running the place. It was here I decided to go back to Uni and this time do something I was passionate about. I graduated a few years later with a degree in Nutrition to complement my Strength and Conditioning certifications, never looked back, and here we are a decade later.
 
Now, I spend my days helping people take control of their diet, training and lifestyle so that they can feel the best they have ever felt. 

With my experience in both fields, I specialise in Sports Nutrition, Everyday Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning Programming and Optimisation Habits for the High Performer
