These extra lean beef patties from Woolies are legit. They give you the ability to get in high protein, quality read meat, without the saturated fat. Low-sugar BBQ sauce also helps with the cals and this convenient breakfast comes in under 500kcal. Super filling, super convenient and easy to make.


4 Pack Macro Extra Lean Beef Patties

4 Large Eggs

4 English Muffins

40g Grated Cheese

1 Tomato

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Masterfoods Salt & Sugar Reduced BBQ Sauce


Start my seasoning the patties with salt, heating up the pan on a medium-high heat and adding in 1tbsp of olive oil. Once the pan is hot, press your 4 patties down into the pan.

Once this is happening start heating up a second pan on a low-medium heat and crack in 4 eggs. Cover the eggs with a lid to help cook the whites and yolk.

Flip the burger patties and add 10g of grated cheese on top of each one before covering the pan with a lid to help melt the cheese. Slice the tomatoes and toast the muffins. Once they're toasted, apply BBQ sauce to each side and then build the muffin with the cooked ingredients.


Wrap up the remainder of the muffins in alfoil and store them in the fridge as food prep.
