My partner hates dry chicken breast, so I am always looking for ways to come up with new ways to get her to eat chicken. This one was a winner, so I have to share it with you all. It's a little messy to prep but the results are worth the extra effort. Should take no longer than 30-min from start to finish. Here are the easiest Sweet Chilli chicken tenders (Air Fryer) you will ever make.

What's in it?
500g Chicken Tenderloin
100g Breadcrumbs
50g Plain Flour / Corn Flour
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Calorie Reduced Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

Let's Cook:
You're going to need 3 bowls. 1 with flour, 1 with egg & sweet chilli, and the last one with breadcrumbs and garlic powder. In the egg bowl, add the 2 Tbsp of Sweet Chilli and whisk until it's all the same colour. Now it's time to get messy. Make sure you have the air-fryer basket next to the last bowl to minimise mess. One tenderloin at a time, go through the order of the bowls. Coat the raw chicken in the flour, then into the egg mix, then into the breadcrumbs before placing into the air-fryer basket. You will need to stack them efficiently to ensure they all fit. Once you have finished all the pieces, put the basket into the air-frier and turn on. 200 Degrees Celsius for 20min. At the 10min pull out the basket and rotate all the chicken. Cook for the final 10min and let cool. These go great in wraps with salad, with sweet potato chips or dipped into low fat Kewpie mayo and more sweet chilli.
