Full Audit

I look at your current nutrition, training load, recovery, sleep, stress and lifestyle. We work out what's driving your results, and what's quietly holding them back.

Gap Analysis

I tell you exactly where the gaps are. Under-fuelling? Poor carb timing? Not enough protein? Recovery getting tanked by late nights or alcohol? We find it.

A Real Plan

You leave with a personalised action plan. Macros, timing, structure, next steps. Written down.

Who this call is for?

You've been training hard. You've tried to "eat well". Maybe you've followed a macro plan you found online or copied a mate's approach. And you're still not getting the output you want.

You probably don't need another diet. You need someone to actually look at what you're doing.

60 minutes.

Google Meet or in person in Brisbane.

No lock-in. No subscription. No follow-up required unless you want it.

If you decide to move into the 12-Week Coaching or 8-Week Accelerator within 14 days of your session, I'll credit the $195 toward your program.
