I was always active. Climbing trees, riding bikes and playing sports were my childhood. 

From 12 years old, I was playing Soccer, Rugby, Rowing, Gymnastics & Athletics. 

I've been in the gym training since 2005. 

I've been competing in Crossfit since 2022 & Hyrox since 2024. 

I know what it means to be active and I know what it requires when it comes to Nutrition & Recovery.

A Bit About Me

2026 brought about a decade in the health and fitness industry, but it wasn't always my focus. Over the years, I've tried my hand at many careers! In 2013, I started a fashion label from my parents' house called Hunt At Dusk, which failed miserably and chewed all my money. After years as a barista, I very nearly opened a Cafe & Roastery called "Owl" with a good friend at the time, trying our hands at hospitality, although that idea never left the page for me, my partner in it went on to amazing success, opening 9 venues. In 2017, I started cleaning and restoring sneakers, which evolved into a business now known as Laced Laundry. Many ups, even more downs.

Nothing stuck. Nothing felt right. 

In 2016, I joined the team at Facilities Fitness in Newstead, and I thrived.

My love for training and food found a way to be shared with others. 

Coaching and Nutrition were the things that always remained constant throughout my life, no matter what I was doing. 

My true love in life is helping other humans feel good about themselves, whatever that looks like.

I educate active humans on nutrition and lifestyle factors that impact their performance in the gym, on the field or on the track. High performance needs close attention to input and recovery. 

I help active humans fuel their lives. Whether it's nutrition, training, breathwork, meditation, mental health or a combination of several, I coach high performers through the things they don't have time for. Years as a personal trainer mean that I have an encyclopedia of workouts in my head. It would be rude to keep them all to myself! Inner City Brisbane private PT sessions and online Strength & Conditioning Programming available on request.
